My journey with cake began in 2019, when I was searching for the perfect birthday cake for my children. What started as a personal passion became Tabi Cakes, and over time, my creativity led me beyond traditional cake design into structure, form, texture and architectural artistry.

Today, TABI LUXE is an evolution of that journey. From my private studio in Bushey, I create bespoke wedding and celebration cakes designed around each client’s vision, while sharing my techniques through international masterclasses, The Tabi Blueprint and collaborations that continue to push the boundaries of cake artistry. For me, cake can be both deeply delicious and genuinely artistic.. something beautiful to experience and, most importantly, remember.
